Design:

Using such software as Maxwell, HP’s Advanced Design System, and Sonnet, high frequency circuits for different applications are modelled and designed.

Fabrication:

The circuits are fabricated at the University of Minnesota’s Nanofabrication Center (NFC). The machines used range from electron microscopes, ellipsometers, etchers, and nanospecs.

Testing:

After fabrication, the circuits are tested in our RF/Microwave and Test Lab for their microwave properties.
