Research

Renewable energy resources will form the cornerstone of future power and energy systems. This challenges the power and energy systems research community to engineer architectural solutions that seamlessly integrate these emerging sources with the power grid. Tied to the above concern is the impact of renewable integration on power-system reliability, performance, and security. Our research group addresses modeling, analysis, and control challenges to increase renewable integration in power and energy systems.
